For most of my life, I was stuck in the same cycle many people know too well — dieting. My journey started early, with doctor-prescribed diet pills when I was just 12 years old. Over the next 40+ years, I tried many of the same diets you probably have. Some worked for a while… but none truly fixed the underlying issue.
Looking back, I realize the problem wasn’t willpower. It was metabolic health.
In 2019, after surviving a serious head-on collision, I knew something had to change. My body needed healing, strength, and better health. That’s when I discovered a structured approach that focused on supporting metabolism, nourishing the body properly, and building sustainable habits.
Through that journey, I lost 60 pounds — but what I gained was even more important.
I gained energy.
I gained clarity about how the body really works.
And I learned how to support my metabolism, so the weight stays off for good.
